Tara is a qualified and accredited play therapist with over a decade of experience
supporting young people through therapeutic techniques based in play, creativity, and empathy.
She is passionate about creating safe spaces for children and families to work through emotional and behavioural challenges at their own pace.
She combines talk therapy, creative arts, mindfulness, and visualisation to create a person-centred approach.
This can lead the client to explore both consciously and subconsciously a way to navigate and explore specific issues.
This approach can help to establish self-awareness and recognise choices and solutions.
